It all began many years ago with a simple need to repair leather horse tack & equipment. Fueled by a deep passion of craft, a small business grew into jewelry making, and then art. The pride taken in attention to detail is our main aspect of individuality. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to a unique creation.
*Since all of our products are individually handmade there will be some subtle differences in each, making them all unique. This is what we strive for -- uniqueness, so that you have a special piece of art that no one else has.
*We accept returns only if the item was damaged upon receipt, or is not as described. Discounted sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will honor your item for exchange, or store credit.
We try to fill each order with care, so that you - our customer - will be happy with your purchase. If we fail in this mission, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a fair resolution.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and why.
2. Please include note of your replacement product or option.
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Send items back to us using the label provided and in original packaging.
